Customize your ticket panel appearance (Discord V2 Components)
Disabling personalization is only available on Premium plans.
Used as the embed color for Discord messages
Small icon displayed in the header (optional)
Large image displayed in the panel (optional)
Categories are configured in Bot Settings.
• 1 category = Button • Multiple categories = Nested V2 buttons
Set an emoji and description for each dropdown option. Emoji supports Unicode or :name: (custom emojis autocomplete).

Customize the message shown when a ticket is created
Controls the highlight color for {user} in the preview
Use {category} for dynamic category name
Use {user} for mention, {category} for category name
Customize the DM sent to users when their ticket is created.
Placeholders: {channel}, {category}, {user}, {name}
Customize the V2 component sent when a ticket is blocked. The button will show the reason and when it will be unblocked.
This is sent as a V2 component (embed + button) when a blocked customer tries to send a message.
Customize the embed/container appearance used for the /block message and related blocked messages.
If empty, it will use your main Embed Color
Customize the text used for /rename confirmations (saved for future V2 components).
Premium feature. Replace ApiAuth branding on transcript pages with your own brand.
Premium feature. Used for transcript accent color (borders/highlights).
Uploads are hosted by ApiAuth and auto-fill the Logo URL.
If empty, transcripts will use the default ApiAuth header branding.
Logo should be HTTPS and ideally square (recommended 256×256).
