The service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. Features may change, be suspended, or removed. We may restrict or terminate access for security, abuse prevention, or policy reasons.

6) Disclaimers

ApiAuth does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. You acknowledge that using any online service involves risk.

7) Limitation of liability (best-effort)

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ApiAuth and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, reputation, or business interruption.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, it will be limited to the minimum amount permitted.

8) Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify ApiAuth and its operators against claims and liabilities arising from your use of the service, your content, your Discord server activity, or your violation of these terms.

If you enable transcript features, you are responsible for notifying your users as required by law and for obtaining any required consent for collecting and storing messages.
